Berwyn, PA, United States – September 24, 2026 — Prepay Nation, a global leader in powering both domestic and cross-border prepaid digital micro-value products, proudly announces the appointment of Seema Rai Nair as Vice President – Business Development, strengthening its leadership team as the company continues to expand its global partnerships, distribution network, and digital micro-payment solutions.
Seema brings more than 25 years of experience across the Money Transfer and Hospitality industries, with extensive expertise in partnerships, business development and sales, relationship management, P&L management, network expansion, team leadership, marketing, compliance, and risk management.
Throughout her career, Seema has held senior leadership positions across the global payments and remittance sector. Most recently, she served as Senior Vice President – Global Sales at Remittances Hub Enterprises Canada Limited.
Prior to this, Seema served as Vice President – Customer Success and Network Expansion at Buckzy Payments, where she managed global account and sales teams, led partner relationships, supported network expansion, and contributed to the development and execution of the company’s network strategy.
She also held several leadership positions with Xpress Money Services, including Regional Vice President for the UK, Europe, Russia and CIS, and Director of Business Development for the GCC, North Africa and Lebanon. During her tenure at Xpress Money, Seema was responsible for business development, strategic alliances, network expansion, revenue growth, pricing strategy, and regional P&L.
Her leadership experience also includes managing large-scale sales and branch operations, with responsibility for direct sales and branch teams of more than 500 professionals.
In her new role at Prepay Nation, Seema will focus on driving strategic business development, strengthening global partnerships, expanding commercial opportunities, and building new growth channels across the company’s international markets. Her experience across remittances, payments, fintech partnerships, and network development will support Prepay Nation’s continued expansion as it enables businesses to distribute digital prepaid products and facilitate global micro-value transfers.
