A.J. is an entrepreneurial executive and global citizen with over 25 years of experience across telecoms, financial services, marketplaces, digital payments, remittances and prepaid. AJ excels at identifying unique opportunities and building the right strategies, organizations, and products to capitalize on them.

AJ is passionate about democratizing financial services and leveling the playing field for digital lifestyle inclusion. He has held various senior-level positions with companies such as Vimplecom/VEON, Millicom/Tigo, Anthemis Group, Western Union, MoneyGram, First Data Corp, and American Express. His roles typically included general oversight for a business, P&L management, business turnaround, revenue growth, distribution, global expansion, digital transformation, new product development, strategic alliances and partnerships, regulatory licensing and compliance, M&A, and investments.

With a career spanning 17 years, Anurag Jain has extensive telecom industry experience, working in e-commerce and enterprise software in India and USA, both at young stage companies and large corporations. He has a history of successful business development, including his previous startup MagicPins, one of the leading processors of airtime in the US. Anurag is a Telecom Engineer by training and has earned a Masters in Technology Management from the University of Pennsylvania and Wharton Business School.

Ajay has over 17 years of experience in developing and implementing complex enterprise IT systems, with a strong track record of successfully managing comprehensive technology programs. Prepay Nation is his first entrepreneurial endeavor, and he has been instrumental in developing the processing platform that serves as the backbone for airtime sales programs worldwide. He continues to lead our technology development efforts, always looking to harness technology to develop new use cases for our flexible platform.

Sean has over 30-years’ experience building businesses, as a founder and within enterprises. Sean began his career as a consultant with McKinsey & Co. and has run business lines for companies such as Progressive Insurance, Western Union, and American Express. Sean founded and exited RedWage, a fintech company, and is an active advisor and investor in the startup ecosystem. Prior to joining Prepay Nation, Sean has been a consultant to large enterprises on building new growth engines.

Based out of Barcelona, Spain, Ms. Bors is responsible for building new partnerships and providing support to existing partners in the region. A globally successful strategist, marketer, and change manager with a significant focus in the telecom sector and the EMEA region, Reka comes to Prepay Nation from senior positions across the mobile landscape.

Nehie keeps the Prepay Nation organization running smoothly every day. She is the central point of contact for operations support, making sure our partners are informed and their problems are solved. She is a graduate of Delhi University and has worked in the mobile and prepaid space for over 10 years.

Karen’s career has centered on managing strategic accounts for companies in the telephone industry from her early days at the Bell System. She moved on to executive level account management within the Public Communications industry and then to inmate and call center telephony. Karen has been in the prepaid market space for the past 11 years.

Colin has been working in the telecommunications industry for over twenty-five years. Over this period, he has accumulated much knowledge in Business Development, Strategic Partnerships and International Sales. Having served as Flow’s (Cable & Wireless Caribbean) first Head of Diaspora Sales for over four years, Colin has the unique experience of working in the international airtime remittance industry from the Mobile Operator side as well as that of the Distributor. A graduate of Coventry University in England, Colin is married and has two children. He enjoys playing lawn tennis and golf when time permits.

With a background in graphic design and marketing, Lucas focuses on the online side of our business. His main responsibility is to acquire high-quality customers while monitoring our existing base for growth opportunities.
