Sales Manager

About the Role

We are looking to hire a Sales Manager in Miami, USA to join our global team here at Prepay Nation! As a Sales Manager, you will broaden our current relationships with partners, clients, and prospects. You will play a pivotal role in creating new opportunities sourced from your network and develop a sales pipeline that will be responsible for spearheading our growth. This position requires an analytical and strategic thinker with a strong background in sales, new business, team leadership, and CRM.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and new business strategy to optimize existing growth and drive incremental revenue
  • Proactively find leads from new and current clients, prospects, and vendors
  • Actively update all data in the company CRM system
  • Maintain accurate and timely customer/prospect pipeline. Ongoing prospecting to gauge long‐term financial possibilities of potential clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the clients’ customer segments and personalize promotion and communication strategies
  • Monitor and analyze key growth metrics like client activation and retention, cross-sell, and upsell and identify areas for improvement and optimization
  • Conduct market research to identify target clients, competitive landscape, and market trends
  • Collaborate with the operations, marketing, and product teams to align products and promotions
  • Lead revenue forecasting through market and business tactics
  • Track leading industry events and actively participate in attending industry exhibits, trade shows, and conferences
  • Identify and qualify sales opportunities through direct prospecting, lead follow-up and networking. Developing your own sales-qualified leads is a significant requirement.
  • Pursue a deep understanding of client and customer needs through research and data analysis
  • Analyze market data to identify trends/opportunities and create compelling presentations to open doors and build credibility
  • Create proposals and contracts for prospects and clients


  • Bachelors Degree in Business, Economics, or a similar field
  • Experience 2 to 5 years in international sales and competitive environment
  • Appetite to learn
  • Have led teams in the past with successful metrics
  • Strong network of telecom professionals within the country
  • Understanding of the prepaid industry and business models related
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Must be able to immediately handle a significant workload and effectively prioritize projects with a high degree of autonomy
  • Effective time management skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to travel internationally up to 30%
