We are looking to hire a Country Manager in Thailand to join our global team here at Prepay Nation! As the Country Manager, you will broaden our current relationships with partners, clients and prospects. You will play a pivotal role in creating new opportunities sourced from your network, and develop a sales pipeline that will be responsible for spearheading our growth. This position requires an analytical and strategic thinker with a strong background in sales, new business, team leadership and CRM.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and new business strategy to optimize existing growth and drive incremental revenue
- Proactively find leads from new and current clients, prospects and vendors
- Actively update all leads to company CRM system
- Maintain accurate and timely customer/prospect pipeline. Ongoing prospecting to gauge long‐term financial possibilities of potential clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the clients’ customer segments and personalize promotion and communication strategies
- Monitor and analyze key growth metrics like client activation and retention, cross-sell, upsell and identify areas for improvement and optimization
- Conduct market research to identify target clients, competitive landscape, and market trends
- Collaborate with the marketing, and product teams to align products and promotions
- Lead revenue forecasting through market and business tactics
- Pursue a deep understanding of client and customer needs through research and data analysis
- Analyze market data to identify trends/opportunities and create compelling presentations to open doors and build credibility
- Create proposals and contracts for prospects and clients
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, or a similar field
- 5+ years’ of professional Sales experience
- Have led teams in the past with successful metrics
- Strong network of telecom professionals within the country
- Understanding of the prepaid industry and business models related
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Must be able to immediately handle a significant workload and effectively prioritize projects with a high degree of autonomy
- Effective time management skills and excellent attention to detail
- Ability to travel internationally up to 30%
